Idea: Seed W-Space moons with ore #Conflict Driver

Currently, w-space suffers from a severe lack of conflict generators. So to entice our fellow brethren & future prospective invaders... I suggest that w-space moons get seeded with ore base upon the class of system. Not every moon in the system will receive ore, at most, maybe 2-3 moons per system. A new harvester array built with w-space materials would be used in conjunction with existing silos.

For Example:
C1: 2-3 Veldspar & Scordite moons pumping out 1k units per hour.
C2: 1 Plag or Pyro in addition to 2 C1 moons. Same units.
C3: 1 Omber or Kernite; 2 C2 moons, 3 C1 moons.
C4: 1 Hemo or Jaspet or Heb; 1 C3 moon, 2 C2 moons, 2 C1 moons.
C5: 1 Spud or Gnies or Dark Orchre moon AND 1 ABC moon; C4 moon composition.
C6: 1 Merc moon, 2 ABC, C4 moon comp.

The thirst for PVP & competent targets is very much real.

Sadly, this one isn't a troll.

Just to clarify, No space rock laser shooting. The POS array does the harvesting for you. The new passive isk infusion will create demand for w-space systems. You can compress for export or refine & build pvp ships in house, etc etc

Was discussed at ffest, Fozzie checked all the moons in w-space incase there where already tech moons

it was discussed, and decided that having potentially so many more sources of tech, the economy would crash, and bascily all moon goo would be worthless for every one. so you would have very little benefit from having moon mining if thus enabled.

More pvp in WH? Just uncloack and wait. I was tackled by covert op frigate in less than 10 minutes in C1 wormwhole. Less than 10 minutes after I decloak. So if you need more PvP in wormhole - disable cloacking possibilities at all. Like they are disabled inside FW plexes.
But something tells me, that you do not want more PvP. You want more kills, so you can ambush in your cloacked Astero peacefully mining Proteus... ;) If I am wrong - just uncloak and wait. Posting in WH chat also gives you more fight.

Now seriosly: there is a plenty of ORE in belts, why you need them in moons?

Some of you fail to actually realize that it would be the biggest boost to w-space PVP ever.

For Example:
Imagine a w-space community full of active SRP {ship replacement program} corps.
K-space inhabitants would be vying to move in, thus creating conflict.
Every single wormhole system would have people willing to defend it & have the ships to do it.

Most of you are just scared that the way you play and survive the **** w-space system you live in will actually be worth having taken from you. You are scared that your elite pvp {bullshit ganks or arranged fights} will be shown for what it really is.

Moon mining is what funded the Nullsec power blocs to grow to their current size. Moon mining in w-space would only serve to further entrench the larger wormhole groups as they have better capability at taking, and holding, systems with more valuable moons/most number of minable moons. Yes, unlike nullsec they can't just cyno in on top of their towers, but with numbers/alts and friends they'd be better placed then smaller groups to hold a passive income source, and we all know it's doable to rage roll entrances etc. I don't have an issue if the power blocs did this, it's a natural progression to resources like this, but it wouldn't 'fix' the issue everyone seems to be moaning about.

It'd be a conflict driver for between top boys, rather then increasing conflict from bottom up which is what we need more of IMO

There's already a huge amount of income to be made and fought over in wormhole space...actually THAT might be the problem. Introduce more disparity between income potentials in various wormholes so people compete over them if anything.

If every country in the world had a bunch of oil, nobody would go to war for oil. But since only some do, wars happen over such resource.

This would make the R64 wh just like R64 moons. Locked down and controlled by a few.

This whole free stuff will drive conflict is a joke. It doesn't matter what paint job you put on your version of 'free stuff' - It won't 'drive conflict' and it won't 'create content'.

Content is created and conflict is driven by 2 things and only 2 things.

1. FC says "jump jump jump"
2. FC says "go go go"

Conflict and content always follow these things.

This whole isk or valuable bobble schtick is old, worn out and proven to not be true over and over again. Feel free to link me where a wh fight was driven by some isk making thing. Show me a link to where content was created over some isk making thing.

Please, just stop w/ all this 'PVE idea X will cause glorious fights for all'
