EVE Technology Lab

so every time i click launcher, it will bump up my browser and auto search for 'none en steam token', meanwhile the launcher itself is just blank.
I googled this and found it mostly occurs among steam users while I did not register my account from steam.
What could be the problem and how do i fix it?

PS. I do have steam installed in my pc for other games but I already make sure no process related to steam in the task management.
