Would prefer a good combat focused toon, but industrial will do as well.

Noboby is going to sell any kind of toon for 1B or less. It either requires them to pay 2 PLEX for the transfer, or $19.99 (US) for the transfer. Therefore, most people will only sell for the price of 2 plex+... So right now that would be about 1.7B. That also means they get nothing for the work (time) that they put into the toon... So, the cheapest anyone would probably sell a toon is around 2.5B+...
