I did hear awhile ago that they were going to allow you to assemble t3's from a repackaged state in a wormhole, have they done this, or are the going to in the future?

I haven't tried assembling, but you can hot-swap subsystems.

My understanding is that the initial assembly of a tech3 cruiser must still be done inside a station, though subsystems may be switched anywhere you can refit.

you were able to asssemble t3 ship in corporate/personal hangar array but was very bugged . doesnt work anymore . you have to asssemble t3 ship in either npc or in outposts . poses arent allowing assembling t3's
