The time has come for me to get an eye patch. Yarr. Where do you get them? I tried searching the market for 'eye patch' to no avail. That is the extent of my experience with accessories.

No need for eye patches when you can just replace the eye, and if you can replace the eye why would you not?

However there is an eye implant thing that looks like a patch, just go through the list of items available for the eyes.

Because space barbies.

No need for monocles or cybernetics either. But they are cool.

I guess you don't have to have a missing eye to wear an eye patch there was some movie where a guy wore one and would change which eye it was over to mess with people.

Yea, even I would agree an eye patch would look cool.

being a cheapskate I'm not willing to throw down for a cybernetic replacement... hell, implants are spendy enough. On the other hand I would be all about a moderately priced eye patch.
Maybe even a more stylish version sporting either corp or alliance logo, I'd sell some orphans for that.

As things stand now I'm pretty much a walking cautionary tale as to why you do not look directly into the laser.

Come hell or high water, this sick world will know I was here.

My first character used to have an eyepatch....

I gave it sunglasses to compensate for its lack when carbon hit.

But yeah; +1

We had very old school looking implant, black, round, that was incidentally available after one of the patches. It was worn by many, until CCP shamelessly removed it because "reasons".

I think people in this thread want to look like pirates and not the kind that you'd find at reflections, sorry.

Thank you. I would prefer something all ragged and tattered in true pirate fashion but that will do will not do well enough.

Weirldy enough I always felt like there would be demand for something more piratey.

Issue with this is though that people seem to accept the substitutes ...
... which means that there is no need for it.

As in... when people ask for A ...
... but still buy B because A doesn't exist ...
... then there is no need to introduce A.

People will buy A because it's better than their current.
People who hadn't brought B might buy A because it's more novel.

Mildly simple concept there.

Decades of marketing disagrees with you. People will still buy A because it's what they really wanted, and people don't really like the idea of settling for something that's "close enough".
