mail icon dosnt blink

hi,
since this scylla update, my mail icon, left in the neocom menu, does not blink anymore
when i get new mails or so.
blinking is hooked on in the settings.
i wrote a ingame bug report short after this - but no reaction from ccp.

any one else having this issue?

its a deadly bug:
corp get a damn war dec. you didnt notice - because... see no new mails,
like war comunications from concord !!!
