I have Supply Chain Management at L3. I can't deliver a BPC even though I am one jump away.

What else am I missing?

What error is it giving you when you try? Are you delivering a job when your are manufacturing from a BPC or creating a BPC, as if it's creating a BPC, you'll need scientific networking. If you're unsure what you need, click the active job, hover over the area that says how many jobs you have/control range and it should pop up with your skills so you can see what ones are affecting it, like this.

Lucas,

I was trying to "deliver" a BPC from a BPO.

I ended up just returning to station, docking, then delivering. I don't have a screen shot at the moment but I'll recreate the situation soon enough.

Related question: I have Procurement at L3 and yet my "Remote Bid Range" is limited to stations. I thought Procurement was the skill which extended that.

So you are delivering a copy job, not a production job?

In that case, it's driven by Scientific Networking instead as Lucas said.

For trade - I can't remember all the skill names, but there is a skill that governs remotely placing buy orders, then another skill that governs how wide those buy orders can be. For instance if I am in Balle (2j from Dodixie) and try to place a buy order in Dodixie I need the former skill but the order is limited to station-only. The second skill lets me place a 10j wide order centred in Dodixie while I am docked in Balle.

I support the New Order and CODE. alliance. www.minerbumping.com
