Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I normally play in windowed mode but recently i haven't been able to because whether the game is in the background or infront the mouse will catch every couple seconds for a very short time and continue, but it is very annoying especially when you are used to moving mouse quickly to get things you need to get done.

It started happening after Crucible, any fixes for this would be appreciated.

Ive tried Re-installing eve, clearing cache, neither work, the only way is to play full screen.

And even sometimes when i play full screen and i alt tab out my screen is dimmed, and i have to put eve back to windowed mode to get it back to normal.

But idc much about the latter if i could fix the first issue i would be fine.
