Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Just thought I would add my voice to the growing list of people who can't seem to run EVE currently, also since my support ticket has been ignored for three days now, makes me think something serious is up.

My problem seems a bit different than theirs from what I have seen though, the launcher doesn't start in offline mode, the repair tool says everything is fine, a complete reinstall of eve didn't work, launching it in safe mode did nothing, turning off all antivirus and hell, even opening ports, has done nothing.

The Launcher itself shows me a 2## mb patch and refuses to update any progress on it. Often times it will progress, only to be stuck at a certain point, usually around 40 mb or 98.68 mb, which after freezing the launcher, resets it back to 0%.

Any help from Devs who frequent this section or from players who have any idea would be a blessing.

Been unable to play EVE for nearly a week now.
