[CRHAO] The Informer

You are now reading the informer, a daily in-character news magazine or whatever (think New York Times in EVE Online, just by a Humanitarian Organization).

Issue One:

The Crown Humanitarian Aid Organization has deployed members of its combat division to eleminate Blood Raider Forces in the Sehmy System. The high prescence of Blood Raiders has brought terror to local populations, but the Amarr Goverment has yet to act, and most Capsuleers simply don't care.

However, the CRHAO has recently destroyed a multitude of Blood Raider Hideaway and Burrows with minimum casualties to the Anti-Blood Raider Forces. Food, water, and other materials have also been delivered to the Sehmy System's population, and many of the crew onboard the ships being deployed to deal with the Blood Raiders are in fact volunteers from the local population.

CRHAO has worked hard to keep civilian casualties to a minimum, but 87 civilians, including 43 Homeless, recently died while being transported onboard a CRHAO Industrial Ship when it was attacked by Blood Raider Loyalist Capsuleers. This has caused a decrease in morale, and has made the already viligant CRHAO personnel even more so.

A unidentified pilot has also been obliterating Blood Raider forces, along with a faction of what appears to be a small smuggling ring. It appears that these Smugglers and the Blood Raiders have been engaging in armed conflict due to a multitude of wreckages found, along with a small Deep Space Colony populated by these smugglers which was barricaded by the Blood Raiders.

3 Asteroid Colonies also went offline, and appeared to be abandoned when investigated. Each one also has a single non-accesible module floating near the Colony. Jettisoned food has been left for the colonists inside, and the CRHAO will continue to attempt to establish communications.

The engagements with Blood Raider forces have also drawn in a number of Rogue Drones who are scavenging the wreckages. Some of the locals think that the CRHAO's efforts against the Blood Rraiders will in fact harm the community by bringing in Rogue Drones. However, this is not a very public view, and most see the CRHAO's operations as a blessing.

Issue Two:

Continuing opposition against the Blood Raiders in the Sehmy System have been succesful. While the Blood Raiders continue to set up their outposts, their power has seen a significant decrease. CRHAO Operations to support the local populance has also been succesful. The unknown capsuleer however, has vanished.

The use of drones in what is now known as Operation Red Skies has given the CRHAO a significant edge against the Blood Raiders, and has allowed them to win several battles from afar. Luckily for the local populance, no additional rogue drones have appeared.

However, the appearance of a lone Sleeper has raised several questions. While the CRHAO was not fast enough to engage the Sleeper, it has become a topic of discussion among the locals and CRHAO. The Sleeper's appearance has also raised the idea of entering a local wormhole to see what mysteries it holds.

The CRHAO is also making attempts to lure the Sleeper out again as to engage and destroy it. However, some of the locals believe that this may draw more Sleepers into the fray as a new threat to the populance. However, most are celebrating the continued assault against the Blood Raiders.

In what appears to be a continued conflict between the Blood Raiders and the unknown Smuggler/Pirate Faction, the Smugglers have reemerged at a illegal cloning facility, with several Clonejackers and Narco Pushers at the wreckage. The Blood Raiders also reblockaded the Smuggler Outpost, which was again cleared by CRHAO Forces.

While these smugglers are not at all much of a formidable force, they have large numbers. Never-the-less, they are easily crushed by the CRHAO. Recent engagements have also lead to the belief that these 'Smugglers' are not all in fact part of a single faction, but of a multitude of small outlaw groups or single individuals.

Also, Operation Hanoi has proved to slowly be a success, with a multitude of individuals rescued. While no exterior forces appear to be in the Operation, it has indeed been a slow success. Stay tuned for more information.

Issue Three:

The situation in Sehmy continues, as operations against the Blood Raiders continue and humanitarian support to the locals continues. However, things within the CRHAO have tooken a turn for politics.

Early today Cakzad Arcashiri pledged fealty to the Aridshapur Family. This has caused great tension with the Kor-Azor House, the House in which his family had been loyal to for centuries. This massive change of loyalty has caused great disruption within all 3 Families. However, Cakzad (as Holder and head of the Arcashiri Family) has annouced that "It is my decision to make where my families loyalties lie. And they lie with the Aridshapurs, the Faithful Ones".

A few hours later, Zagret Arcashiri, Cakzad's brother and a high member of the Theology Council, was struck sick while collecting evidence for a case in the Kor-Azor Region. This has brought suspection on a lower group of the Kor-Azor Family, but so far nothing has come of it, and no blames have been put out.

As of only a few minutes ago, Blood Raiders have attacked the Medical Center where Zagret Arcashiri is being cared for due to the CRHAO's operations against the Blood Raiders. A standoff between local security forces and the Blood Raiders have commenced, and the Blood Raiders are attempting to gain access to the Medical Center, as it has been locked down.

Images will soon be released of the standoff with the Blood Raiders, and we will keep you updated.

While the local security forces have refused to release images, the standoff is becoming more and more tense. Cakzad Arcashiri has deployed his 3 personal Kameira Squadrons and also several crates of more advanced weapons for the security forces in the standoff. The Blood Raiders have begun to make demands, demanding that the CRHAO members hault all activities in the Sehmy System.

Cakzad has refused these terms, and has used his position as Holder to make sure the local goverment cannot force him to complete the terms. With nearly 120 people trapped inside the Hospital, the populance is pressuring the local goverment to attack the Blood Raiders.

The standoff has escalated, and now a firefight has commenced. We currently do not have any information on how this firefight commenced, but casualties are racking up as you read this, and Cakzad is reinforcing the local security forces with a private army.

Hostilities have ended between the Blood Raiders and local security forces, and the majority of the Hospital's patients are alive, including Zagret Arcashiri. Medical Reports for Zagret will be realeased tomorrow.

Casualties include 75 security officers, 92 Blood Raiders, 7 hospital personnel, 3 patients, 14 visitors, and 18 of Cakzad's forces. 8 Blood Raiders are missing and search units have been deployed.

Issue Four:

After today's events rattled the CRHAO, Cakzad Arcashiri has begun to make drastic changes, including postponing the publication of the medical report on Zagter Arcashiri.

Searches are continuing for the missing Blood Raiders, and The Cresav Care and Health Facility is returning to normal, albeit slowly.

Issue Five:
Medical Reports on Zagter Arcashiri have yet to be released, and Cakzad has begun to complete the transformation of his family and his holdings.

The CRHAO has also seen changes, with Cakzad annoucing that a Station will soon be constructed by the CRHAO. The 'Slave Processing and Education Facility' has also been constructed as Operation Hanoi ends. Cakzad Arcashiri and Captain Aharown Welru have been awarded the 'Wings of Faith' Medal for extensive combat service to the Faith, the Empire, and the CRHAO against threats to all 3 of these entities, and will also soon be awarded a Operation Hanoi Service Medal.

Capsuleer pilot Kotehos has been recruited to the CRHAO, causing sight controversy but overall joy due to his vast wealth and ownership of a capital ship.

The interrogation of apprehended Blood Raider subjects has lead to the revelation that a second attack has been planned. The Blood Raiders committed suicide before they could be questioned further. Traces of radiation have been detected on the outskirts of Cresav, the city in which this series of events have unfolded.

Security forces are deploying now to investigate.

As of 5 minutes ago security forces have arrived on site of the center of the radiation signatures. A bomb-like device was discovered and is being disarmed now. The device appears to be a multi-purpose weapon, as it is equipped to cause EMP damage, a kinetic shockwave device capable of creating a crater a mile wild, and also radiation poisoning over a massive area.

Evacuation procedures are being activated in a 2-mile radius, along with a large number of security forces protecting the bomb-squad disarming the device. Stay tuned as this situation develops.

The bomb discovered was proved to be a distraction, as a second bomb went off in one of the most popular hotels in town known as 'The Royale'. The Royale has been completely leveled by a concussion bomb, and the Blood Raiders who illustrated this attack are still at large.

The Cresav Care and Medical Facility has begun to set up equipment for a Nano-Scan, and by tomorrow a Nano-Surgery. The Nano-Scan will be performed by deploying a number of nanites into Zagter Arcashiri's body, and they will then scan for where the disease is present. Cakzad Arcashiri continues to stop the Cresav Care and Medical Facility from releasing Zagter's Medical Report.

In further, less 'breaking' news, two journalists for the Informer have arrived on Dakba V to capture live images of the Sanctum Militia's commissioning.

At the Sanctum Militia's official commisioning, a small bomb was detonated among the crowd. The bomb used appears to have been a shrapnel bomb. Casualty reports include 4 dead, 37 mildly wounded, 49 lightly wounded, and 18 severely wounded.

In further news, Arcashiri forces have found and destroyed the Blood Raider HQ in the Kor-Azor Prime System, located on the island of Utaria on Eclipticum.
