So we all know the PI commodity prices increased due to taxes, but id like to hear peoples opinion on how they are going to evolve the coming months?

The prices have increased more then the 100% I predicted, in some cases as much as 10 times.

the demand is off the charts, I had 8000 pieces from last month, now I have maybe 200-300 pieces left, in 3 stacks across 2 regions.

I think PI demand largely depends on how violent nullsec is. If alliances start deploying SBUs, blowing up tPOS and pilots burn a lot of nanopaste we'll see a dramatic spike after a period of relative peace in New Eden.

Another big factor is how much violence is done to POCOs. If these get blown up a lot that means less supply and a demand for materials to make replacements. I don't think anyone can really say yet how much they will get targeted. (A lot of Interbus ones have been blown up already but I suspect most of that was done by PI producers wanting to set up their own pocos).

In the longer term demand for PI should rise as more types of Orbital Structures get introduced into the game. It may even be possible that people playing DUST514 will be able to destroy certain orbital structures built by Eve players from planet goo.
