Overview Settings Not Saving

I have just got a new PC and installed EVE - 2 accounts work fine any changes I make to the UI and Overview are saved without incident however on this one no matter what I do nothing saves. I have cleared the cache etc. Any clever ideas because I am sick of adding in the overview and resizing the UI everytime I log in!

Edit: Further observation it is only this character on this account that won't save the settings the other 2 on the same same account will.

Ok gave up on it. Just reinstalled and now works fine. Guess it was just one of those things.
