Support Ticket MIA

I created a support ticket a few days ago and I haven't received any feedback and it isn't listed under the "my tickets" section on the help and support page. I admit, it is possible I didn't click the character portrait before submitting the ticket but it did submit and generated a ticket number.

Should I wait longer or create a new ticket?

Thanks in advance for any help!

When I used the HELP CENTER it didn't show mine either.

There is no link in the HELP CENTER itself ...
... and there was no mentioning of it under My Tickets.

ISD Ezwal said he forwarded the information ...
... but I guess nothing came out of it.
