huge drop in fps

A couple of days ago when I logged in my fps began dropping really low. Now every time I log in its running between 1 and 4 fps. I have updated the graphics drivers but this hasn't helped. Any advice? Other games are unaffected and my internet connection is also appears fine.

Solved: Clean install windows bit extreme but worked. Ill update if I figure what caused it.
