When will support answer my ticket?

It's been almost 48 hours since the debacle that caused the server to mass disconnect. I was disconnected while in my BS in the middle of an incursion and lost my ship as a result when the logi went down as well. I have made a reimbursement request within minutes of the incident and have fulfilled the condition of reporting the loss within one week of incident.

I am now stuck without a decent ship and ISK to get a replacement to do what I need to do, and don't have the ISK to get an immediate replacement. I am currently subscribed at the moment and although I concur that that doesn't warrant any special treatment, this incident was not a fault of mine and I feel that the reimbursement shouldn't take that long at all, regardless if the office is shorthanded at all.

I would like to know if these(reimbursement) tickets take longer than a week or a month to get through, because frankly, I have nothing to do right now as I've invested most of my stuff into it.

I would also like to gently point out about the 'don't fly what you can't lose' thing. I did fly what I can't lose, but I know that I am highly unlikely to lose it or get ganked while in a fleet, and didn't contemplate a fiasco at such levels to happen in a game that has been running for over a decade whether it's a DDOS or a power trip, so please don't bring that up to me, thank you.
