His Holiness read a prepared statement to the Holders of House Singularity during a private meeting of House stakeholders. The transcript of the unpublished holovid is reproduced below and cleared for cluster-wide subspace public release.

“Holders, and Stakeholders of the Great House Singularity. It is with solace today that I announce the passing of my Father, Phillip Singularity as of 1125 hrs yesterday. Survived by my Mother Rainier who remains infirm in our Singularity Hospital, I have been summarily instated as House Chair. As oldest son, in our family traditions, I nearby accept this position.

With my Father’s passing, I am now prepared to make several proclamations in my role as the Harbinger of Faith, Pope of New Eden.

== Proclamation Number One ==
The bells of freedom shall ring from all our House Temples at 1125 hrs for 5 minutes every day, for the next 117 days. Each day shall correspond to one year since the Yoiul Conference. Five one-minute sessions of bell ringing, followed by one-minute of silence interval shall correspond to each of the 5 empires, State, Republic, Federation, Empire and Jove. Then, the bells shall ring for six-minutes straight for to hail forth the new Sixth Empire rising.

== Proclamation Number Two ==
The promoted use of Vitoc as a medical releaf to the Vitoxen viral infection, known as the Vitoc-Method is an amoral entrapment into slavery. The Vitoc-Method is an Abomination to Humankind. Although the use of Vitoc predates Sarum’s Regin, recently the Republic has produced cures for Vitoxin many times, but each time, the virus mutates anew. Presently under investigation by the Speakers of Truths, the virus continues to mutate and it is suspected mutations are assisted by unnatural causes. The risk of a mutation of Vitoxen is now a risk to all humankind in the New Eden Cluster, and a key topic during the Symposium of Emergent Threats.

== Proclamation Number Three ==
From this day, and forever more, all Minmatar House Slaves that remain in slave status, are by my decree free. They are welcome to stay in our homes as welcome members of our House and continue their duties as they feel fit, or they may leave upon their free will. My only word of caution to them is that the last time we released 3112 slaves during the Empress’ Emancipation ruse, many of the returning Minmatar were abused, beaten, and even murdered by their blood kin. Refuge in the Caldari State of free slaves has been met with 4th class level corporate jobs and living conditions. Refuge in Gallente space of free slaves has been met with indifference, homelessness, and great suffering. As a result, as House Chair, I hear-by grant asylum and relocation within our Holdings, Patner Holding, and Allies’ Holding of any Minmatar that decides to leave upon their free will. I owe that to you for your faithful service to this Great House.

The promise of peace has eluded Humankind. Violence has besermched all nations and through that violence we Capsuleers were created. There are powers at work beyond our comprehension, but this is known for sure… our Golden Amarr Empire is the pillar of God’s Will to deliver all sentient people to a blissful state of grace. Yet these very days, these very years, we have seen a darkness, a monstrous horrible age of cruelty and violence loom over our Golden Empire as never before seen. In this regard, a Tiger-Team from The Theology Council has been meeting in secret and in private consultations with the Speakers of Truths that have traveled far and wide throughout the Empire. Their analysis is grave. While the results of the analysis are currently classified, a resulting message to you Holders has been authorized.

== Proclamation Number Five ==
On behalf of the Theology Council I was given the task in my duties as the Harbinger of Faith to be delivered to the attendees at the Symposium of Emergent Threats, to place forward a decree regarding the initiation of legal proceedings of no confidence in the current Harbinger of Hope, Sword of the Righteous, Empress Jamyl Sarum I, of the Amarr Empire.

== Proclamation Number Six ==
Capsuleers of House Singularity… Capsuleers of Amarr… Capsuleers of the Outer Reaches of Null… I proclaim that this day… this day shall be the recognition of our Capsuleer slavery to the four empires of State, Republic, Federation and Empire. No longer shall we be the dogs of war for a State of greed, a Republic of infighting, a Federation of immorality, nor an Empire of corruption and poison. The fifth empire of the Jove is in turmoil and now their plight of Drifters threatens all we know. We Capsuleers have met the Sansha are fighting them this day. We shall continue to die for that is our way. We need not stand united for through our division we are made strong every time we rise through adversity. Additionally, as a result of this heinous recognition that we have been treated as the empires slaves, I denounce that recognition! I denounce that recognition with fervor and absolution. The Amarr Reclaiming is over, a new era dawns. We enter the Age of Redemption and we Capsuleers shall find that redemption through love (and by love I mean lasers).

I decree a new movement to ensure our Capsuleer freedom forever more and bring peace to the mortal mothers that gave birth to us. We Capsuleers are the Second Race of Humankind, as we are immortal. It is us that shall fight for resources and power. It is us that choose to death as a means of communication. It is us that shall bring peace for the First Race of Humankind, the mortals that live a limited life span to enjoy the beauty of this grand universe. To these ends, I announce the beginnings of the Sixth Empire rising of the Capsuleer Race, may the bells be heard through all of New Eden from the first proclamation.

You can smell the change on the solar winds, a violent storm is coming to the empires, and we Capsuleers shall follow it. Be bold pilots.

I bend the knee to none but the rightfully declared Empress, Jamyl I and her Heirs and Holders. Further, Maximillian is nothing more then a puppet 'Emperor' for the true power behind this 'Imperium' The Mittani. Vitoc was a gift from God; a gift that showed his enduring love for his Chosen people even onto the current age; a gift that proves validity of the ancient institution of slavery, itself instituted by God according to the Scriptures. No Empress, no usurper may tamper with the will of God, a God who desires slavery in perpetuity and continues to shower his Chosen with gifts that it remain so.

This is a logical progression.

People like Tibus Heth, Sansha, Omir, Rabbit...they made similar grabs for power. And fo the most part, they've been pretty sucessful in carving out their own corners of the galaxy. But they were using the baseline of Humanity as their foundation.

What we have here, is someone who is establishing a power base for Capsuleers.

Considering his backers both within the Empire and in NullSec, this is no ordinary petty despot. This is no Nauplius to sit in a POS and make grand statements.

Some quick clarifications. I have heard no official word from the Khanid government concerning this turn of events.

Nor have I heard any official statements from my associates out here in Curse.

From a personal standpoint....I'll be interested to see if if Delve's new overlord can make a lasting presence.

It saddens me to see your stance, Capsuleers already have far too much power and influence within their own spheres that CONCORD has allowed the power blocs. I fear the day to see an Immortal despot ruling over large swaths of Hisec enforced by Capsuleers with no empathy for the common baseliners.

Proclamations made by heretics and traitors have no validity. You blaspheme the honorable Theology Council by claiming to speak on their behalf.

I do not believe Pilot Singularity speaks for the Theology Council ... but plans to supercede them.

As such, they will eventually report to him, not the other way around.

Probably get wiped out by a Baltic Fleet and then be gloriously "reborn" again and come back and wipe them out, then again, and again until they return to Delve
