Looks fine in my eyes. Maybe adding a bit shadow on the text would make it stand out more.

New version added to album http://imgur.com/a/neglM , should the shadow be even more darker?

EDIT:

now there is v3 (above update) and v4, a bit darker version.

Also I added A3 print, that could be used on information board, if that is available and possible.

v4 is definately better for my eyes.

For "recruiting new players", how about adding the "awards and accolades trophies" from http://www.eveonline.com/ (after The Universe). Three along left border and three along right border.

Personally, I think that might make it too much advertising EVE instead of the meet. Of course this would be good thing. I'll make a test and ask thoughts from assembly crew too.

We should decide the time. I think the Friday seems bit better (compared to other stuff in schedule). 18:00 or 19:00 should be ok.

19:00 would allow everyone to get at assyt, if they are working still on friday, though 18:00 would be bit earlier.

I would really like some comments from others (or the other) too.

Couldn't get them fit in anyway that would look at all nice.
