I've been playin EVE for almost 2 years. I have 2 monitors plunged into a XFX r7 260x.
CPU-i5-4690k
Ram- 8gb
Mobo- asus z97 sabertooth mark 2
OS-windows 7
1TB HDD (OS installed here)
120gb Samsung SSD (EVE installed here)
I currently am running ok with this setup, with AA off I can run 2 fixed windowed clients (1080p, one on each screen) at about 20-30fps. I know this can be better and with this setup I can sometimes get bad lag on one client while the other is active, adding iTunes to the mix sometimes seems to make matters worse.

1) I have read that full screen is the best way to play, only problem is, is that you can't switch between clients nearly seemlessly as the screen flickers and the non-active client is minimized to show the desktop. Any way to prevent this and run full screen?

2) I am looking at swapping out my r7 260x for a Nvidia 960 4gb. Is this worth it? Or would it be better to add 8gb more ram or put everything on a new Samsung 850 SSD? (I'll mention that I don't have these parts yet.)

3)Any thing else that you would recommend changing (I'll probably clone the is over to the SSD).
I want to run both clients max setting as smooth as possible while keeping hardware changes at a lower cost (I.e. The Nvidia 960 is as high as I want to go.) and going from amd to Nvidia is persuasive bc it seems my amd card is not all that stable and I've read that Nvidia tends to have fewer errors and runs cooler). I've thought about putting another of my same card in my machine and crossfireing it with my current card but I've also read the EVE does really use that and thus leaving the 2nd card doing nothing.
Thanks in advance!

If you have two monitors, whats the problem.
Set your big screen or your main screen to a fixed window size, if your window can handel 1920x1080 set it to that, than set your second client to window mode.
I have two screens, one is a 46inch tv, that I use as my main and I have a second small HP monitor that I use my second client on, that is set to window mode.
I do not have any problems, I just move my cursor from one screen to the other with no blinks or blanks or going to the desktop.
Mind you that, you have to do that every time you close your eve clients, meaning set your prime screen client to fixed window than your second client monitor to window mode.
