Client stuck at "Done Processing Bulk Data"

Hi all, purchased a new laptop with Windows 8.1 on it two days ago and haven't been able to get Eve working since. Game works fine on my other computer. The issue occurs when I boot up the game, and the loading stops at "Done Processing Bulk Data" where I can't proceed any further and the program freezes. I've tried re-installing, repairing, running the exe file, nothing seems to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That just happened to me today on my one comp, my older one with XP on it, worked fine for the past month since I have been back playing Eve not today, it jis stuck on Done Processing Bulk Data, tried everything that you have but can\t get past that point so far today.

Please try to clear your client cache. If this does not help, then please send a bug report including client logs (follow the bug reporting link in my signature).
