Question regarding the Aeon

I am going to start the long process of training to fly a Carrier so in the mean time I have started to read up about them.

One thing I want to get clear is that I have noticed for the Aeon that is it immune to all forms of EWAR.

So by this am I to take it that it can not be jammed and it can only be webbed\scrammed by a DIC / Heavy DIC.

Also I have heard talk about a scripted scram.. could somebody please enlighten me what this is.

But seriously, the Aeon costs like 20b market price. 13.5 if youre in PL and have a Russian sugar daddy. Neither option is particularly cheap in your case. Yes the Aeon is immune to ECM/Damps/Warp scrambling and only a hic scripted point or a bubble can keep you from getting out but that said a supercapitalship is a blob magnet and it will only bring you tears and suffering.


Start with the Archon.

EVE online is the fishermans friend of MMO's. If it's too hard you are too weak.

Don't fly a SC until you've fought multiple. The understanding of their mechanics and weaknesses will help you when flying one.
