Judge Noragen,
Thanks to "Unsuccessful at everything" for a particularly fact-packed, insightful, and cogent opening statement.

I am personally voting him MVP of the defense counsel team.

The defense counsel has faithfully presented opening arguments and we have yet to see an appearance from the plaintiff to present anything more than his docket file.

I move that if the plaintiff does not show up, the unproven and unsupported charges against our client be dismissed.

Furthermore, I move that, in addition to court fees, the original posting corp be held liable for the aforementioned charges at a financial penalty to be determined by our esteemed jury.

I move that both legall and court fees(to include jury wages) be considered in this matter, as he has defrauded the court system with his fraudulent actions.

Also, considering the absence of our accuser, I would ask that failure to show before this court be considered "contempt of court" and his warrant be remanded to the bailiff (Tora) for immediate implementation.

I am immediately issuing a death penalty for the OP's blatant disregard for this court, it's members and our process. I now appoint BeBopAReBop RhubarbPie as prosecution since the OP's allegations are quite serious and this court feels they need further attention. At this point I would call for a member of the Court of Crime and Punishment to investigate the claims that the OP has other identities as he so boldly claimed and to present us with any should they be discovered so all may know the truth. The courts first post will update all jurors and other positions as soon as possible.

I see no issue with this. Danalee is juror number 5. All we need now is a court investigator to find out who the supposed 'Main' of the OP is and to also investigate the possible connections with the criminal mastermind Nitshe. Does anybody recommend a good investigator?

My clients awesomeness is not on trial here! If this was a simple Character Defamation case, we would indeed hear the evidence and make that determination. What we are here for is to clear the good name of a man, who is wrongfully accused of malicious action. Whether he be awesome is besides the point! There may be time, place and thread to establish awesomeness, or to flat out brag of ones exploits, this is not the time for either! This is a time to stamp out the torches and blunt the pitchforks that have been wrongfully employed against my client!

How many times must innocent people be thrown beneath the wheel of justice? How many times must we see these frivolous and circumstantial cases brought before the Board? Why can one make such proofless claims in C&P and forever besmirch the good name of a man? How hard is it to present the proof you claim to have?!?!?!? These are the questions we are here to answer!

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?
