I received a suspect timer when I undocked warping to a gate. It says "cause: committed a "suspect"-level offense.">??? I know I have kill rights currently on my toon but......Question

I thought if someone activates a kill right it's between those 2 pilots not everyone in EvE.

ahhhhhh I thought whomever paid the amount of isk to activate the K/R was the only player able to engage me in combat.

The mechanic is simple, killright activation just makes you suspect.
