SOE Arc disrupted by Tranquility outage? (resolved)

I was blitzing the SOE arc yesterday for standings gain when the outage occurred. Now I don't have any active missions in my journal and none of the SOE storyline agents will converse.

Will this resolve at downtime, or do I need to file a support ticket with CCP?

Wow, I put in a support ticket with the agents name and it was resolved in 15 minutes.
