killing is just HS ganking , and while that is another matter entirely, Code also harasses HS miners and bumps them out of belts. this was the rule quoted to me when I was bumping goon miners out of a belt during one of their hulkagedon events. why dosent it apply to Code the same way?[/quote]

the slight hint of discussing moderation.

And, tbh, your motives seem fishy.

Anyhow...

If you have questions regarding the game and how rules are being applied,
then you and us will be better off if you file a petition.

That way everyone wins.
