Recently I have been training a lot of pvp related skills that mostly revolve around the use of drones, hybrid/laser turrents, Drones and Armor tanking.
I want to remap my attribute points to get the optimal out of my skill training, what do you guys suggest, are there any programs that may help me with planing my skill training too

EveMon is what you are looking for.

Edit: There are also a few other programs that would work. EveMon happens to be the one I use.

A general attribute mapping comes at a price for training flexibility: sub-optimal training rate. However, this is not the end of the world, especially for the freedom of training anything you want, whenever you want.

For most new players, especially those that have a focus on drones and / or industry, or otherwise have no clue about what they want to train, I recommend:
INT > (PER = MEM) or 23i 21p 21m 17c 17w

For those new players focused on combat, and less so on drones:
INT = PER or 24i 24p 17m 17c 17w
Keeping in mind that a combat character is less likely to have attribute implants, especially beyond +3.

I personally consider 2000 SP/hour the limit of acceptability. That doesn't mean I won't train skills that fall below that limit, but rather I try to minimize the time spent training below that limit.

If you are wondering about the cost of a sub-optimal training rate: Example of a character with a general remapping INT > (PER = MEM) since day one, after 5 years, with an average SP/hour that bounces around 2400 (maximum possible is 2700). However, it isn't necessary, nor ideal, to keep the same mapping forever.

I would personally recommend a generalized Map (like one above) for the first year or so then go for a Perp/Wil Map so you can get T1 ships/gunnery/missiles up , then to a Int map to fill the support gaps and then wil/perp to max out T2 ships.

My second account had a Int=Perp Map for almost 2 years since that gives you an OK rate for a lot of things. (primary for T1 ships/gunnery,missiles along with most supports)
