I'm looking to purchase a character with these basic requirements. I'm wondering what would be a decent price to get them at.

- All Core fitting skills V
- Covert Ops V
- Gunnery / Missiles Core and Support skills at least IV
- Armor skills at least 1.5 Mil Sp

Price?

Additionally if the toon has the below mentioned skills

- Drones / support Skills IV
- Scanning / support IV
- Gallente / Caldari / Amarr ships
