New Amarr pilot needs advice on fit

Hello all, I am new to the forums so first of all thanks in advance for the advice/support/help. Im am an amarr pilot who had turned over to the caldari ships for pve and sleeper sites. I am not super new, but am in no way a "veteran".

I jist got the ability to fly battleships (currently at 2 or 3 cant remember which) for amarr and caldari, but since I have not used amarr ships in major combat I have no idea how to go about getting the same protection for my ships that I had with caldari ships. My drake was able to run about 200dps and tank 650ish for a good 10 or 15 minutes solo in sleeper sites. I recently was looking at the amarr battle ships and bc's and would like to try my hand back at them.

I am looking to run c1 amd c2 sleepers with a small group (2 to 3 others) and do lvl 4 missions.

I would love and greatly appreciate any advice/opinions on my current fit.

Looking at those tank/dps/cap numbers, your skills are way too low to be flying a Harbinger. Here's a C2 fit that I used for a long time:

As you can see it's quite similar to your fit and you have the right idea. However with good skills you don't need the ancillary current router rigs as it will all fit. The fit is cap stable with everything on. Your tank isn't too shabby as my fit gets 250dps tank compared to your 199dps tank. However the part that's really terrible is the dps. This Harbinger does 618 dps compared to your 103 which is really really really low. It would probably take you more than 2 hours to complete a single site. Also IIRC there's that one C2 site with a neuting BS that will completely nuke the cap on your fit with bad skills. Also not to mention even with 250dps tank there are some waves where you need to get close to the Battleship rat to get under their tracking or they will eventually break your tank.

OP, it looks to me like you should ask to have this thread moved to the wormholer subforum, missions subforum, or to the ships and modules subforum. I think you would get more and better answers to your questions there. This is the faction warfare subforum, and we're really not that into level 4 missions and wormholes.

CCP, there are off buttons for ship explosions, missile effects, turret effects, etc. "Immersion" does not seem to be harmed by those. So, [u]please[/u] give us a persisting off button for the jump gate and autoscan visuals.

I was actually pondering after reading the official sub-forum description why FW is the only thing talked about here when it's described as being the home for PvP, including null campaigns etc. etc.
