Launcher; Repair Tool

I've been having some trouble with the launcher lately (offline mode), so I thought I should use the repair tool, see if it would fix it ...

Now the repair tool has just deleted about 13GB worth of data from the resource cache -_- was that really necessary?

EDIT: Launcher is still in offline mode

in the launcher option you select the download all the resources files ...but the repair tool doesnt consider that and nukes all the files for download on demand !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the problem stems from the launcher not downloading all the files or just stops.....so it hasnt primed your client ..then when you try and repair the launcher or update the client by using the repair tool it just nukes the resource cache ...Im NO it at all but this looks like the logical problem..
