What is CCP's stance on a custom tool which simply enters the username/password info, gets to the character select screen, and then selects which monitor the client should be displayed on?

I am looking into making such a tool for personal use, due to a large monitor array and multiple accounts, creating a difficult situation in which the login process is quite tedious and must be performed each day. I thought about it in length, and selecting a character automatically would possibly alter game play, though I do not see how simply doing the following would be an issue (sorry for the sloppy pseudocode):

Call exefile.exe
SendInput %username%
SendInput %password%
SendInput {Enter}
SendInput {Esc}
MouseMove %monitorXY%
MouseClick %selectionXY%
SendInput {Esc}

Please provide an official response to this, as I am not trying to violate the EULA/ToS, I am simply trying to assist in executing the game binary and monitor selection process.
