Windows/GUIs not appearing in station

I'm currently having a problem with the different windows/GUIs that should appear when I dock and/or tab in and out of the program.

They take a very long time to load (in other words I see the station and my ship and nothing else), or they never appear and I have to restart the client.

My apologies if I am restating a problem that has already been identified or addressed. I was not able to find any information about this.

I just started having this problem today, never saw it the past few days. I have found that it will clear up if I alt-tab back out and in; I don't have to restart the client.
