Smartbombs. Yes.

Smile

I've a few questions regarding the specifics:

1) Is there any skill/rig/module that can increase smartbomb DPS apart from the Energy Pulse Weapons skill?

2) Does 6,000 m optimal mean distance to the target on overview? Would larger hulls have larger "optimal"?

3) Is it useless to fit absolutely any tank against Concord? P

1. Faction SB's

2. Yes, No

3. It is fun and you may try but you know the answer.

Faction SBs is an option. Smile

Fourth question: Which tier battleship hulls have the best insurance payout / insurance payout ratios? Pirate

Dolan sends his regards, and you probably mean tier 1.

Fifth - It's been a long time since... Question: Upon reaching -10 Security Status, will Concord/Navy SKYNET said bad person around the system, or can one undock from a station which has no Concord/Navy around and warp away?

There are no tiers anymore, as such, all ships have roles. Tech 1 Battleships do have the best insurance payout though.

If you are criminal in highest (flashing red skull icon) you cannot use any ship without concord killing you.

So an Armageddon would have roughly the same payout as an Abaddon? If insurance is derived from material build cost, then I guess that's the case. vOv

Well i see reds flying aaround pretty often, so if you fast enough you still can undock in a cheap frig with propulsion mods (agility, align, inertia).

For smartbombing you better make an alt and don't worry about you main sec status.

Planning for burn jita eh?

I had fun with an apocalypse last time,
i got fairly drunk and hooked up with sol for the afternoon, she gave me warpins into the cats , I laughed like a lunatic.
it's fun, if you're on your own all you can alpha are destroyers but if you coordinate with a couple of others you might be able to pop some of the nados farting around.

My intelligence agents have reported that's it's unpossible for potential terrorists to bomb Jita 4-4 Undock due to the docking radius. Bear By the time one has the station at 5,001 m in overview, the real undocking point is 32-33 km away.

Also my initial intention , no you need to get your align time as low as you can, make perches over all the gates in jita and have a scout(or 8) watching the bump machs (or better yet, their fcBlink) in something like a ceptior that they can bury right in the middle of the cats for you to warp to .

i think there was a vid on youtube of someone luring people away from the undock by jetcanning stuff and then boom.

One last vital inquiry: Suppose that there's a -10 pilot with no combat/suspect timers running --- if he undocks and instawarps to a safespot, will Navy/Concord appear out of nowhere?

No timers mind you, just the -10 sec status.

Yes, if you are in a pod they won't attack, if you are in a ship they will. You do have a few ticks to realign and warp but not long.

Clarify. Without any criminal timers the faction police will chase you down. However, there are a couple systems owned by concorde and they are the faction police there.

Back in the day a pilot named Mooncat Slayer used to smart bomb using a raven in jita. I haven't seen the dude around, but then again I don't hang in Jita that often. Maybe googlate his name and you'll find how a -10 pirate could undock from Jita 4-4 and get to the gate and smartbomb folks. tbh though, insurance was pretty borked back then, I'm not sure it's fiscally responsible to do that sort of thing anymore. That and since CCP Fuzzie put mobile tractors in game, I don't think looting the wrecks is anything more than a crap shoot at this point.

Thought as much. Smile

Would a battleship with inertial stabilisers warping to an instant undock safespot, then warping to a gate work? How long does it take for Concord to Skynet once you're at said safespot?

So faction p0lice would spawn on potential -10 terrorists, if they instaundock to a safespot? The real question is then: what time window do these people have to realign and warp to a stargate to continue the Gudfite. Pirate

I presume you know this already, but on the off chance you've forgotten or didn't know, you forfeit insurance payouts if you are on the receiving end of CONCORDOKKEN.
