Re-opening of the New Eden Infosphere (NEI) to capsuleers

Greetings...

With the recent surge of activity around Anoikis as well as a new interest in the capsuleer milieu for scientific and cultural matters, I thought appropriate to open again to capsuleers Galnet access to the New Eden Infosphere, which is a full VR venue located in Yulai consisting of an universal library and database.

The venue's channel is named "New Eden Infosphere" and access is made through standard fluid router protocols.

I hope it proves to be a valuable tool at the disposal of all.

Last time I saw Ms. Riordan talking in a capsuleer NeoCom summit channel, she was rather offensive and weird without reason.
I can assume this is what she called "weird ****"
