[bug?] something's wrong with slavaging on Singularity

Hi,
I found a possible problem, but someone better confirm it.
I fitted a Noctis with 8x Salvager II and 3x Medium Salvage Tackle II. Then when I tried to pair that with 'Magpie' Mobile Tractor Unit I noticed that wrecks can't be salvaged at all. Salvage drones are helpless as well. I see Salvage units continues to operate even if i switch it off. there is no notice about outcome of salvage attempt.

Additional observations:
can't activate more than one salvager on a single wreck.
can't activate more than one drone on a single wreck.
mixing drone and salvager also fails

I tried with Svipul and Salavger I and no tractor units or modules, but got same results as Noctis.

Please, check if you can reproduce the problem.
