Launcher doesn't work when started through Steam

I bought EVE on Steam in 2012, so I got a normal, non-Steam account with login/password. So now I use Steam as a launcher to EVE launcher to inject Steam Overlay into it.

So, earlier today servers went down. After some time, they went up, I played for a bit, then I logged off, went to do some other stuff, returned... and EVE launcher started in offline mode. I thought it's because of server problems, so I waited an hour, but it was still offline. I started EVE through exefile.exe and it worked. So I deleted launcher, reinstalled it as described in this post, and it worked... But not when I start it through Steam. When I start it through Steam, login form doesn't appear. After like 10 seconds, this "form" expands, showing black square on half of the launcher. I can select hidden text in it and it says:

As I said, when I start launcher from .exe file, it works. The problem is only when I start it through Steam. And it worked earlier today.

So, my question: is there any way to fix this? (And yes, I need it to start through Steam)


Edit: Nevermind. After I woke up it seems to be fixed. Probably was server-side issue.
