Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Just posting here, to bring it to the attention of the CCP staff

I was banned on the 4th of March on my main character kethen T'val, I provided relevant information to clear my side of the story and I've had no response, ive contacted the CCP gm via mail, the customer services dept and internal affairs and still nothing, it's very frustrating, I can't hardly sleep, I'm anxious for some sort of reply, I want to return to the game I've been playing since launch, I've also got another year left of subscription and 24 days without anything of a response, is depressing none the less
