Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Hi everyone,
I am here just wondering how come all my stuff is gone.!?
I started playing back in 2010 and started with a trial account on steam then upgraded to subscription for 1 month, I put some plex cards into play and got a bunch of +5 implants and battleships. battlecruisers, cruisers, destroyers, frigates, transports.
But it seems everything was deleted and made this new character while I wait for answer from CCP.

I did get answer and they closed my ticket, but now they said I have another ticket open but I cannot see this other ticket and I have no clue about what is going on with it. I have given them information concerning the lost characters and account info, even billing info.
Since I had stop playing in 2010 I cannot remember exactly the name of my character anymore, inactive for over 4years who could?
But I still used paypal and my Email to use this account and character. its been 5 days already and I have no idea what happening with the situation.

So I finally decided to bring my miss adventure to the forum. See if I have a better experience here. GM have told me my ticket is in the bottom of the list again, because I have another ticket open already this another 4 days before respond.
But where is this ticket I don't see it in my ticket folder nor do I see it in game. INVISIBLE TICKET??
anyone please help answer me question
what should I do
from a concerned player to another.
