Hello

So i started 3 days ago - and I am loving it.

I understand your skills train when offline etc - so in theory can have all 3 character slots training at the same time! YAY!

However my question is this.

Having 2 Accounts, Can you be logged in on both accounts on the same laptop same time.

Using both playing differently? Is it viable?

If both accounts are subbed and your laptop is powerful enough for two clients - sure. Is it viable depends on you and what you want to do with them but in general yes. I only recently started myself a second account to do the trading while i run WH sites on my main.

Yes, if you have multiple accounts, then 1 character from each account can be logged in at the same time. The limitation being that they have to be paid accounts. You can't login more than 1 character if you are operating one on a trial account.

If you have 1 account with multiple characters on it, then you can only log in 1 of those characters at a time.

You can train multiple characters on the 1 account, for the cost of a PLEX for the 2nd and 3rd queues each. It's best to only do that if you are training a specific alt up (scout, cyno, trader, hauler, etc.) and won't be training for long. If you want to train a second or third character for a few months, then it's cheaper to have them on separate accounts.

Glad you are enjoying the game. If you reach a point after the tutorials that you aren't sure what to do, best thing is to start talking to people and get advice.

Of course! I manage up to three accounts on my laptop (It struggles but it can do it)!

Yes, but you have to pay for it in multiple character training (either through PLEX or with an item buyable in Aurum). So use the secod account for a character you want to play at the same time as your main and use the character slots for specific alts (hauler, prober, PI, Production). You'll have to pay for at least one month for Multipe Character Training (or hope for another 20 free days gift) but then you'll have specific ats.

Another possibility is to activate the characters without training them and placing them in different regions to check prices

I'll throw in a random question here about ghost-training as i did only recently re-sub. When/After how long do skills stop training after your subscription ends - just checking for a friend as i know he unsubbed over a week a go and i still see his queue running when checking his char on evemon.

It was 72 hours. Not sure if it's still like that though.

Thanks for the replys everyone.

Gathered it would be cheaper - Also, Its just because I want to concetrate on fighting with one, and mining etc another.

Eventually both should be decent - but at £20 a month for 2 accounts... Almost as cheap as WOW for 1 account.

Thanks - Also I have Joined a Corp who seem very willing to help :D.

A friend of mine is an optometrist. He loves people gaming on lap tops. He's taking me yacht shopping this weekend! Blink

no it doesn't, ccp stopped that so that when your account stops your training stops

Original ghost training let you have titan 5 training for months while unsubbed, now once you subscription expire the training will continue to the third downtime.
