Support Ticket response time and accidental subscription

Hey guys! So today i just noticed I got billed for another month of subscription since I forgot to take my card off. Do you guys think CCP would be able to refund me this one month and cancel my subscription and if so how long do these support tickets usually take? Thanks!

This is definitely the wrong place to ask this type of questions :p

And I dont think they should refund you, its really not their fault??

Oh! I am sorry! I am pretty new to the forums aha where would be the correct place to ask? And well I looked around the interent and people have said that CCP has pretty good customer service and have received refunds. I immediatly opened a ticket as soon as I got the payment email so maybe aha

Good luck with your ticket. I hope it works out for you.

It's not really the type of thing to ask in the forum as no one here can give you a definite answer.

The support ticket is the place for it and it can take several days for someone to reply to a support ticket depending on what category it is in and where it sits in the queue.

So best thing is just be patient. They will get to it eventually.

I'll also add, if you want a refund make sure you don't log into the game and use any of the time you want a refund on. For example if your subscription should of run out on the 26/3/2015 but it auto renewed and then you log into the game on the 27/03/2015 you have zero chance of a refund.

If you used a credit card you should discuss it with them first as they will have insurance for this sort of thing
