Game is unplayable. 3 Second delay when multiboxing.

I normally run 12 windows, but right now I am only running 5 game windows.

There is a 3 second delay in doing anything inside the game. open a window? Takes 3 seconds. Hit warp? Warp starts 3 seconds later. I don't even see people load onto grid anymore. I mean for fucks sake. One second nobody is here, next second OMFG THERE IS A FREIGHTER RIGHT ON TOP OF ME! It is like the Freighter has cov-op cloak on and they just got decloaked by the gate as they make the jump.

Repair refuses to work. One pass, get an error, second pass, steps 2/7 then "complete!", third pass repeat of 2nd.
Logging in is a real major pain. 3 second delay in anything happening, and when things do happen...

Update. Running Repair for the 4th time...repair tool deleted the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE

Know what? I am not even gonna get mad. I am just gonna play Elder Scrolls Online. Peace.

After Scylla update i have lag spikes too. Even when i just run 1 gamewindow its laggy.
