Zainou FR-100x Implants Bugged?

Are these bugged/glitched? I tried adding the 1% version and it made no difference to the explosion radius of FoF missiles.

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.

What ship are you testing this out on? If they ship has an explosion radius bonus it may put your explosion radius to a low enough point that due to rounding and what not it does not appear to change.

Im not saying it isnt bugged, but just trying to cross out any in game mechanics first.

Barghest. Even the 1% should've dropped it by at least 1m, but I'll try a 2-3% implant to see if that makes any difference.
Addendum: Yep, changing it to a 2% implant nudged it a bit (looks like the implant % is applied after everything else, so this is probably why it wasn't registering).
