hi i would like to know if any one could tell me how to go about this problem . i was docked in jita with my main account when my game reset . i tryed to relog on only to find i could'nt . so i tryed the eve site . only to get no luck i couldnt log on . so i tryed the ev gate site . and i got account band . iv never payed for any items or isk out side of the game . i have payed for my game time throught the eve web site . and would nevr think of selling out side of the game server . i have emailed ccp 2 times now and nothing back from them i have put in 2 petitions with both my accounts . but still nothing . i wouldnt be so mad but i have well over 80 days of game time i payed for and all the time its band that money is going down the pan . i have asked for my accound to be turned back on as from the game rules i have done nothing wrong or a full refund of my money . could anyone give me info so i can get this sorted out asap .
