Greetings

I'm building an app to pull market history data, analyse and report on it using the item_history function on evemarketdata.com

However for a 21day history the vast majority of items are only returning what appears to be a random number of days. Ie id=18 returns the last 12 days and id=19 returns 0 days. Despite both of these being high moving items with the full 21 days available in-game.

If i query again 10 times today I will get the same results. However a couple of days ago the history for id=19 was non-zero, so It's changing on perhaps a daily basis.

Anyone familiar with this?

Thanks

When I used EMD it clearly had gaps which would result in stats being understated by a great deal. You're far better off biting the bullet and using Auth Crest, which gives you exactly what you see in the market window.

Oh boy. This rabbit hole is getting deep. Any hints on where to begin with CREST?

Item history is actually available on public crest :)

https://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/market/marketdisplay.php may be of interest.

You can just retreive the json data directly.

If you want to go down the auth route, then it'd help to know which language you're thinking of?

Woo! CSM XI!
