That's not the point. As already stated, in the UK we have a 0% VAT rating on books. CCP acknowledged that and did the little workaround with the US ordering. Then forced me to use the EU site anyway! I'll petition and hope for a partial refund.

Popcultcha only has the NORMAL version of the book on sale right now, the Limited Edition is not listed on their catalog as of the time of the so called world wide release. When I had a chat with them and your distributor today, I was told that they didn't know what was going on they will check back with me, 30 minutes later they told me it was Popcultcha, but to check back with them on monday... next week.

Now you tell me they will be made available tomorrow, Popcultcha told me they didn't know anything check back on monday, this was at 4pm this afternoon.

I just CANCELED my order... I was on the verge of getting one of these, but I canceled it so someone else could get it since the shipping price is so incredibly ridiculous to Australia that it's not worth it, I'd rather spend that $200 on something other than shipping.

I love you CCP, but seriously... this is beyound bad planning. WHY!?

If you're from the UK, you'll only get shipping options if you try and order the European version of the book, it won't let you order the US version since they'll be no shipping options (despite CCP telling you and letting you order the US version in the UK due to 0% book tax). So you'll have to pay extra for it and a £30~ shipping cost for it if you're a UK customer. Unless CCP fixes this anytime soon before the books sell out (which seems incredibly doubtful). You'll either have to get screwed by shelling out an extra £40-50 than you other would, or settle for the non limited addition on amazon which is much more reasonable at £22 + Free Shipping.

Pro Tip for my UK buddies.
You will need to use the EUR site if you want a copy. The US/UK/ROW site will NOT give you options for delivery methods.
My guess is: CCP forgot to update the shipping destinations when they switched the pricing method for us Brits, from EURO to USD.

So, if you want a copy, order it from the EUR site with a delivery option of €40.
That's €130 total, or £95.

Pffft... £75 extra for an anodised frame of Jita 4-4...
Still trying to justify it.

I just had a thought maybe the 'Allocation' for the UK got sold out hence why we couldn't choose shipping when going through the NA/UK/Rest of the world side...

Please handle the situation! I have the book in my cart and I am at the checkout page, shipping adress filled in, but there are not any shipping methods listed at all, and it wont let me purchase without choosing a shipping method.

My Billing / Shipping address is in Hungary.

Another UK based person with no shipping options.

Why would you put us on the US site and then give absolutely no ability to buy the book after a two hour wait? This was after the site kept insisting for twenty minutes that I really do live in the US and I needed to add a state.

Thats crazy $$$

To Canada it cost me a total of €111.61 and I got in quite early though i was very hesitant as It was in Euro's not USD or CAD - I ordered anyway and got the 45th copy sold in NA judging by the order number
I am happy now but really wasn't about 2 hrs ago

Though im gonna use that anodised frame of Jita 4-4 for an Epic Case mod
