Finally again at the checkout page, but getting:
Gateway Error Note: Error Code 10558/ Severity Code Error-Your processor is unable to process the Card Type in the currency requested. Please try another card type..
Its my AmEx card, using purchasing EVE goods since I have it. It's surely usable with EUR currency.

Got a "You have successfully placed your order." after one hour.
The "Test Free Shipping" was selected by default, that's scare me :(

100 copies or so? There were 7 times that on the worldwide.

Unfortunately CCP Torfifrans, it seems like this opportunity is being ruined by ridiculous UPS prices and Dark Horse's arbitrary need to deliberately limit products to entice customers.

Just tried the US site for delivery to UK.
No delivery options there.

Fair enough, I then proceed to EUR site, and order there instead.

Fed Ex wants more than 40 Euros for delivery to the UK...
Half of the cost on shipping...

We had a shipping option before it was rebooted twice. I guess shame on us for not being lucky in the first two slots.

I got a problem when making an online order (to Australia). From the supposed NA site, instead I get the currency in the cart written in Euros and the shipping listed as 200 Euros.

The IKON group pretty much mucked me about when I inquired with them today, they directed me to a retailer, who in turn gave me a load of bull (pretty sure their hording the limited editions for themselves). They clearly had it listed as the standard book being pre-order available on their site, but gave me a lot of walls to dodge though when I inquired about the limited.

Please help with this, shipping shouldn't cost 200 Euro, it should only cost around $26 to $60.

OMG I got through.Shocked

Good luck to the rest of you!

CCP you should be ashamed of this.
Once again you missed the ball by lightyears. Unprepared for what was coming to you.

This was/is a orrendous and awful customer experience you "offered".

Please do not do this ever again!

Australian customers: Please, note that the book will be sold from an Australian site, http://www.popcultcha.com.au/ . Pre-orders opening today, sales starting March 25h. this was mentioned in the dev blog. 200 units were allocated to Australia. If you already made an order from this site and want to cancel it, email support@eveonline.com.

Go and read the blog. It says only this "A final 150 units went to IKON publishing in Australia, who will be making them available there."

Absolute and utter failure in communication. I have been on this site for 90 minutes. It's 12.30 AM and I'm tired and grumpy. I finally log on to have the site ask me for $350. No details were mentioned in the dev blog at all. An apology would be nice, not just "it says it in the dev blog".

Furthermore, I am familiar with the site, but there are no sign of the pre orders... so looks like I'm getting up early as well as going to bed late.

CCP strikes again - thanks.

So...

It was even stated within the keynote that the supply didn't even nearly meet the demand that was expected for the product. This is really quite a poor show. I can understand the limited amount, but not if when it comes down to it you just have to be lucky enough to gain access to the site. We've been using multiple computers with no success just to order one single copy... I fear that by the time we do actually gain entrance to the site that there will be no copies left and I've already given up all hope of getting one that's signed...

This is a really poor show CCP, even though it is not entirely your own fault. I think the right thing to do at this point would be to commissions another few 1000 for those that were unfortunate enough like myself so have these connection issues. :C

Keep trying! There's 554 EU units left and the site is going like a train for me now.

If you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all...
