Can the entry be about the educational value that a game had for someone else? For example, for a kid or a disabled person? Rather than about one's own favorite game?

Indeed, it would be ideal if you could talk about the educational potential of a game itself rather than the impact it had on you personally. Of course, if you would like to talk about what you learnt from a game from personal experience that is fine but to look at a game objectively for it values would be better. This would demonstrate how a game can be used by others in a learning capacity.

At the end of the day this competition will go to public vote amongst our community so being able to relate a game to other people's interests and values is sure to win you bonus points in the vote.

My favorite game is Diablo 2. It teaches hand-eye coordination and simple arithmetic. Back in the day it taught a lot of social skills but these days there's not a lot of players on it anymore.

FT Diomedes: "Reaver, sometimes I wonder what you are thinking when you sit down to post."

Frostys Virpio: "We have to give it to him that he does put more effort than the vast majority in his idea but damn does it sometime come out of nowhere."
