Dude, you had three months warning on this and it didn't occur to you to sell your ships while they were still rare, then buy them back when they were as common as dirt?

Must be your first FF or something for you to be so naive about how these things work. It's not like this is the first year the FF items flooded the market as the main event got close.

Yeah, those of us that were awake swiftly sold ours for mass profit before this all happened. That said, those rewards had nothing to do with me coming to fanfest. I didn't plan a trip to Iceland for ship skins.

As for the rest, boo frickin hoo, some of you will not get some free stuff, though you now get the HD stream for nothing. Spend the money you were going to spend on the stream on plex and sell that. Tada! Free isk. Even if CCP were like "oh actually, yeah, now they go to everyone for next to nothing to be nice to the playerbase" you'd still be back here whining because they would suddenly be worth like 20m isk.

What are you talking about "flooding the market"?? I see 7 ships on sale in Jita (overpriced, too), no blueprints in contracts.

Market will be flooded when the thousand people attending the fanfest get their free versions and try to sell them. In 2 days.

The price points are daft, as usual.

I know Iceland has a high cost of living but how out of touch can you be not to notice the step up in price for the goodies? The FF stream has never cost this much. Well done pissing off all of the people who recently resubbed as an added bonus.

You got me wrong. I did not sell the ships, i was the one buying them for ISK, assuming, i aquired rare limited edition ships. I didn't expect them to be seeded like that afterwards.

This is why we read all of the information very carefully before making speculative decisions. Even then, walk with caution when it comes to limited edition handouts that don't come from places like AT. I did the exact opposite. I read the dev blog, assumed most people wouldn't so I sold mine as early as I could for a massively high price. I actually want one to keep, so I sold it anyway and am speculating that the price will drop considerably.

Well, I was getting close to my subscription ending, so I figured I might as well get the ship skins for re-upping for the next year.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

Dear CCPgames,

Why not give us the option to purchase 3, 6 or 12 PLEX to get the ship skins ?

This way capsuleers can use plex in the game or to trade, lose through undocking, etc Cool
