But yeah, Capsuleers, for all their faults, are still human. Any child would be a normal human like the rest of them.

Why give birth when we can create the perfect child, Vat grown, mentally perfect, Naturally gifted sort of thing. Capsuleer lifestyle does not really promote 8 to 9 months of not getting blown up.
