i do know those phrases are in the EULA+TOS - and this is OK. i understand that they are in there, and they should be.

i had been merely provocatively pointing out that it would be more elegant and wise to engineer the system to protect against possible unintended usage first place. any deemed "violation" will always lead to controversy, at which point you have overstepped the line, and allows for grey zones in the game. "some" usage might be considered ok and will also be not detected or hard to proove. while exaggerating you could even argue fleet battles should be forbidden because they cause lag to traders and miners. and they also drop cargo when dying.

i do have discussions in mind on war dec shields, how current game mechanics are used to clean off war decs, well-timed corp change in space to get legal targets, and other "exploits" ... in my humble and naive view as a (non-CCP) dev in 99% of times there is an implemention to make the system work as intended. saying that i do not know, what actually is intended, but CCP should know. and clearly state in terms of goals what should and should not be possible. and any exploit would then clearly show a discrepancy between the implementation and defined rules or reveal flaws in the design process. many discussions would not be had if those things got harmonized first place or faster.
