I represent a pair of corporations currently in alliance seeking a new home in SOV. We are heavily invested in POS-based manufacturing and reacting and have an active player base and self-sufficient structure.

What we are:
-100+ active members
-Regular POS and PI based manufacturing
-Our own TS server and techs
-Established membership and directorship
-A dynamic and responsive corp, capable of responding to many different market needs
-Can build anything except t3's and supers (dreadnoughts, anyone?)

What we seek:
-A large established alliance to take us in, or a rental alliance who will give us a good packaged deal for both corps, we are not going to dissolve any of our current corporations to join another. That is not negotiable.
-A stable atmosphere a safe distance from failcascades
-Local defense in the event of large scale invasion (here's looking at you, Legion of Death)
-Good Moons
-Good Asteroids
-Good planets
-Our own SOV, whether it's us as our own alliance renting from another, us in a renter alliance, or us in a large and established alliance
-Markets to seed our goods

The only absolute requirements we hold are that our corporations get to remain intact, and that we are not subject to CTA's.

We're a really cool bunch, jerk-free. We're interested in being part of a community and engaging with them. We aren't kids. This is a mature corp with a lot of good people who won't complain over bullshit like kids do.
