Prob around 600-800 mill.

Please note you would have to pay the transfer fee as well including a payment or 2 plex. Most trading chars are complete ie all skills in that block. If this is possible i would carry on your training until you have a fully trained trading char and then you maybe able to reap and nice payment on sale.
